The new facility has been operational since the grape harvest of 2004 and is equipped with the most modern facilities for winemaking and with a current capacity of about 4000 hectolitres divided between stainless steel tanks for fermentation and storage tanks fully automated for temperature control and the winemaking operations.

In the old cellar of the farmhouse there are wooden casks of different capacity for the aging of the selections.
