We are pleased to announce our attendance to the Chianti’s Official Preview 2024!

Our wines that you will be able to find in the fair will be the preview of the new Chianti vintage 2023 and the already known Chianti Riserva 2018 and dessert wine Vin Santo del Chianti 2015.

On the 12th of January we had the pleasure to host Mrs. Stefania Saccardi, Tuscany government’s vicepresident and agricolture council member along with Mrs. Lucia De Robertis, Tuscany advisor and chief president of “Tourism and Environment” organization and Mrs. Roberta Casini, mayor of Lucignano.

The purpose of the visit has been getting to know better some of the most important enterprises of the Valdichiana area, all of them connected to the agricoltural business and food and wine sector (wine, local cheese and salami production), but also family- run- business and keen on environmental values at the same time.

The meeting started with the visit of the fermantion winery, in which the new modern technologies enhance the quality of the grapes picked by hand in the surrounding vineyards, following precise sustainability methods, more and more requested by the market and the most careful consumers.

One pit stop in the aging cellar in the basement of our leopoldine style house, in which we got deeper into the aging method of our Chianti Riserva and our Supertuscany, our two top- premium wines that require a long period of aging in wooden barrells to highlight their characteristics.

Finally, we ended the visit with a tasting of our wines paired with typical products in front of the fireplace of our XVIII century house, centerpiece of the ancient farmers families who used to inhabitate this premise about a century ago.

We are very grateful and proud that our winery has been selected for yhis visit by one of the most important institutional frameworks; the attention is focused on the environment values, its traditions and oustanding productions which give a big impact and development in the turistic sector.
